To maintain the integrity and quality of our resources, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at CustomerService@PsychNurseOrientation.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once we review your request and it’s approved, we’ll send return instructions for a replacement.
